this leaflet was designed by the HeadStart Youth Panel. They felt it would be a nice resource for young people to have as they begin secondary school. They also hoped it could be a tool to help start conversations with parents and school staff around how young people are feeling about transition
The team have created a well-being journal full of fun activities and ideas to keep you occupied and curious during unsettling times. The aim of the booklet it to help young people to get to know themselves, check in with their feelings and emotions, know where to go for extra help and have some fun. You can download it here.
