Transition Activity Booklet - a resource for young people going through change, particularly the transition from Primary to Secondary. Full of tips and activities young people can go through themselves, in school, with a trusted adult, carer or parent.

Transition Brochure - Designed and written by our HeadStart Youth Panel. Our young people wanted to design something that could help others have a smooth transition to Secondary school, including tips for parents on how to help their child(ren).

Transition Boarding Pass - use this to log all the important details of your school, class and emergency contact information.

Transition Ice Breaker Activity - professionals or parents can use this activity to break the ice with young people to get a sense of how their feeling on their transition to Secondary school and ways you can support them through the change.

Transition Itinary - A tool for young people to express how their hopes, thoughts and feelings for their transition to Secondary. A particularly useful space for young people who have difficulties verbally expressing themselves.

All About Me Booklet - well-being journal full of fun activities and ideas to keep you occupied and curious during unsettling times. The aim of the booklet it to help young people to get to know themselves, check in with their feelings and emotions, know where to go for extra help and have some fun.

Exam Stress Booklet - This booklet provides tools and tips to help you prepare for your exams and manage your stress levels. You can work on this booklet by yourself, with a friend, or with an adult you trust.
