In a safe setting, parents can talk to other parents about their experiences and work through their concerns in a non-judgemental space. This peer-led parenting course helps parents support each other in the development of emotional resilience in their children by exploring themes including understanding feelings, managing behaviour, developing skills in listening, setting boundaries and building in family quality time.
Parents will leave this course feeling better able to:
- Help others by sharing your experience as a parent
- Support your children as they move from primary to secondary school
- Create a calm and peaceful family life
When: Fridays 24th January – 27th March 2020 (excluding 21st February 2020)
