A free, confidential and tailored programme, delivered collaboratively by HeadStart and School Health.

Who can access Your Time?

Any young person aged 5 – 18 years (up to 25 for young people with SEND)

Who delivers Your Time?

For those under 10, Your Time will be delivered by School Health Team. For ages 10 – 25 Your Time is delivered by the HeadStart Youth Practitioner Team.

What is Your Time?

For 10 – 18 (up to 25 for SEND), Your Time is delivered over a period of 12 – 18 weeks in a one hour weekly session. The programme is designed to support and guide a young person in areas they wish to cover, helping you to develop a variety of skills and capabilities.

For under 10s, Your Time follows more of a set format and runs for a shorter period of time.

Where does Your Time take place?

Your Time can take place in a variety of settings that suit you and where you feel most safe and comfortable. For an example, this could be: within school, virtually over zoom, telephone call, youth zone, walk in the park etc.

For under 10’s, Your Time is delivered within a classroom.
